Utilizing a Nikkor lens, the NS retained the impressive specifications of the Hansa Canon, yet was thoughtfully designed to appeal to budget-conscious consumers.

Despite its innovative approach, the Canon NS was produced in limited quantities, with only about 100 units manufactured.
