[Canon] II S | Film Cameras | February 1954
The II F camera was designed for the overseas market and featured X-sync for Speedlites. Similar to the IV Sb2, it had a shutter speed index mark on the fast shutter speed dial, indicating the speed after the shutter was released, with speeds increasing in two-fold increments. However, unlike the IV Sb2, the II S's film advance knob did not include a reminder for the number of exposures available on the film roll.
